Main drive unit Uses a hydraulic system to transfer pressure to the hydraulic cylinder. The forward and backward motion of the magneticvalve controlled hydraulic cylinder and drive chain wheel set causes the bottle clamper to move along the cam track completing the packing or unpacking routine.

Box feed positioning conveyor Utilizes a knock-out chain conveyor, transmission mechanismoptical switch and box stopper to complete the feeding, positioning and sending steps. When the bottle clamping action is complete, the box stopper lowers and the conveyor sends aempth box down, When it reaches the positioner and the optical switch senses it presence, the box positioner and stopper immediately rises and positions the box. the bottle clamp set then places the bottles into the box. If the bottles clamp completes its starting forward motion and the box has yetto be positioned. the bottle clam set will stop and wait inthe neutral area.

Bottle feed line conveyor Uses a guide plate to lead the bottles onto the conveyor which lines up the bottles to prepare for packing . After they one lined up, the clamp head howers and clamps down on the bottle, the conveyor immediately stops and the bottle stopping blocks on both sides of the air pressure cylinders push out and release. The force created by squeezing the bottle cause the bottle tobe smoothly clamped and brought upwards. Then the air cylinder pulls back the stopping blocks, the conveyor continues to run allowing the bottles to be continuallylined up and await packing.

Pneumatic clamping system During clampimg , the compressed gas enters the clamp head from FRP line (1) forces the rubber sleeve (3) to esert pressure on the three holes in the mold sleeve (2) and closing tightly round the neck of the bottle which holds steady and clamps the bottle. Once released, the gases from the clamping head is expelled through the FRP line to the fast discharge system, the rubber sleeve regains its original shape so that ti can quickly the bottle.

Hydraulic drive system When the bottle clamping set starts running, the hydroulic drive runs at a regular speed ensuring steady packing and unpacking motion. On the return stroke, the hydraulic drive system will quickly release pressure when the clamps are unloaded. This allows the clamps to quickly return to the clamping position, saving 1/5 of the original time needed
